I just want to say that I have worked with many, many AV companies and this was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I am not sure if it was that you were more than adequately staffed or our show was pretty smooth and simple, but I did not have to worry about AV one bit! [The AV Guys] are very professional, reliable, thorough, responsive, friendly and calm. They work well with in-house staff, client staff, and the attendees. They plan well in advance so that setups are efficient, smooth and cost effective. They're flexible when onsite needs arise, as they often do at our meetings. AV truly is the last thing I worry about because I know they've got it handled.

It was a pleasure to work with you as well. It really is nice having a competent and consistent AV team to support the conference.
